Refund policy
Handmade, Made-to-Order Items
Each ILikeWorms charm is individually handmade to order after your purchase is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for most orders.
Orders typically ship within 12-36 hours of purchase, which means cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed.
Damages or Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@ilikeworms.com with your order number and a description of the issue with Photo’s so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized items
- Special orders
If you have questions about a specific item before ordering, please reach out — we’re happy to assist.
Exchanges (Size-Related)
If you ordered the wrong charm size and would like to exchange it, the fastest way to receive the correct size is to place a new order for the desired item.
You may return the unused, incorrect-size charms to us at your expense, ship the package back with tracking.
Once received and approved, a refund will be issued for the returned charms only minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is non refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
